Exploring Lusaka as a Digital Nomad: Top Spots You Won’t Want to Miss
Lusaka is a city full of colourful contrasts and unexpected treasures. There’s a captivating blend of everyday life and electric hustle that compels one to be camera-ready at all times. Despite being Zambia’s largest city and capital, Lusaka is often an overlooked place for travellers to Africa. However, in my experience as a digital nomad in Lusaka, this little metropolis is a great place to feel the heart-beat of Zambia. It’s stacked with bustling markets, cozy cafés, stunning open landscapes, and sunsets that will simply take your breath away.
Boasting a growing restaurant scene with fresh produce and a culture steeped in warmth. Lusaka offers a slower, enriching lifestyle filled with friendly locals that make it easy to slip into the rhythm of the city. Here are some of my favorite places to visit as a digital nomad in Lusaka, Zambia.

The beverage menu here is what will catch your attention - they’ve mastered the art of delightful drinks. There are trendy options such as pumpkin-spiced coffees, iced mango matcha and peanut butter and caramel frappes. If you’re looking for recommendations, some of my favourites include the shaken iced green tea and the double-shot hazelnut iced coffee.
