Lusaka365 Refund Policy
1. Event Advertising and Payment Policy
All advertisements for events will only be posted after full payment is received. Payment must be made in advance to secure a spot for your advertisement on our platform.
Lusaka365 advertises a variety of events, including but not limited to, cultural festivals, art exhibits, concerts, food and drink events, community gatherings, educational workshops, and other local happenings that align with our audience’s interests.
2. Event Advertising Refunds
Refunds are available for event advertisements if the event is canceled at least one week before the scheduled date.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@lusaka365.co at least one week before the event.
After the one-week deadline, refunds are not possible, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Sponsored Content and Advertising Refunds
Refunds for sponsored content or advertisements are available if the request is made within 48 hours of the payment being processed.

Refunds will not be issued if the sponsored content or advertisement has already been published on our platform.
